The anti-lizardmen propaganda woven into the very fabric of this here (otherwise splendid) web-page, the skeptical comments, the blatantly violent imagery reinforcing the inferior roles of lizardmen and, in this case, mushroom men: how is this not oppression? Forget the mistakes of the past, join the Lizardmen Liberation Front today. (But, yes, the artificially engineered and socially enforced machismo should also be confronted.) I could not disagree more. This is exactly the attitude that permits the exploitation of the poor creatures. Lizardpersons are not oppressed! They are in the swamp. They like it there - there is a lot of mud - tasty and healthy. The same goes for fungus-beings - they are fine! Maybe they look a bit like LARPers but they certainly are not. Batman is the person you should try to rescue from the ball and chain of this socially constructed role of ultra-male.
